1. Email

Enter the email address where you want to receive notifications.
We recommend using an anonymous email that is not linked to your primary email account or personal data.

2. Full Name to Track

1.  Enter the details of the person you want to track. Two formats are supported:
   • Full name in Russian — Surname First Name Patronymic
   (for example: Филимонов Станислав Александрович)
   • Full name in Latin characters — as written in the passport, in the same order
   (for example: FILIMONAU STANISLAU)
    

If possible, provide both versions — this will improve processing accuracy.

After you subscribe, the system will start checking the database.
If a match with the list already exists, you will receive an email at the address you provided no earlier than 5 hours after subscription.
Later on, if new matches appear, you will receive an email notification immediately.

YOUR DATA SECURITY:

• All data you enter undergoes cryptographic hashing — this means that the system does not store or process the full name in plain text.
• Notifications are sent to the email specified in your request only if the entered data fully matches a new entry in the list.
• Even the service administrators do not have access to your original data.
